OVERVIEW: A bumper is just a bumper, right? In some regards yes it is. However, to SVC, we feel it needs to be a little more than just a light holder that adds a little flash to the front of the truck. In our view, a bumper should be clean. It should contour with the beautiful lines of the truck, and not be the focal point, but rather a perfectly placed accessory that fits with perfection. We feel the 2010-14 Gen 1 Ford Raptor Baja-Smurf bumper is the perfect extension of the minimalist inside of you.
A little out of the box thinking allows the SVC Baja-Smurf front bumper to stand out from the rest. We kept the bumper plates on the exact plane as the longer aluminum skid-plate. This allows for more approach angle, plus the cleanest side profile available. The Baja-Smurf Front Bumper is made of .120 wall plate with a 1.75" rolled main tube to match the curvature of Raptor's front end, and comes with an optional rolled front hoop to house the round lights of your choice.

OVERVIEW: When we set out to create our new SVC Offroad 2017+ Gen 2 Ford Raptor Baja Smurf Bumper, we had certain criteria that needed to be met. The bumper needed to be sleek, lightweight, offer huge approach angles and make sure the relocated electronic blow off valve is protected behind the skid plate and not out in the open risking possible damage, and thus possible engine damage.
Each one of our Baja Frame Cut bumpers are meticulously CNC bent and radiused to contour the unique front fascia of the 2017-20 Ford Raptor. This process is time-consuming and difficult, but the end results speak for themselves. Each one of our bumpers in manufactured right here in the U.S.A. and goes through a rigorous QC inspection. Each bumper is assembled and welded on a perfectly flat and square fixture table that locates each plate and tube exactly where it needs to be to ensure easy installation and proper gaps.

OVERVIEW: The SVC Offroad Bypass Rack System for the Gen 3 Ford Raptor is designed to handle up to a 3.0", 3.5", 4.0" external bypass shocks. The Bypass Rack will fit Fox or King Bypass shocks producing 16in of wheel travel. Our system is designed from the ground up with strength in mind. The forces applied by larger race shocks are immense, and the structure holding those shocks needs to be up to the task. To ensure the structure was sound and resistant to twist, we integrated a plate work base system that's designed to add greater strength than another system on the market. The Bypass Rack shock tower is the actual base structure with internal gusseting for additional support and strength.

V1: Rack Layout = Two vertical tires, 5 gal VP gas tank mount, Pro-eagle jack mount
V2: Rack Layout = One single flat tire mount so tire fits under bed cover.
V3: Rack Layout = Your Choice of V1 or V2 tire layout, but you include rear bed support that ties into the main bypass rack. This gives the bed ultimate structural support by preventing bed spread from hard offroading and allows for 4 more mounting points.
