For years SVC Offroad has been building high performance suspension for both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 Ford Raptors. As time has gone on, many of our products have evolved into bigger, better, sexier and more functional. Brand new to our lineup in aftermarket suspension game is our full Billet Upper Control Arms For the Gen 3 Ford Raptor.
These new Gen 3 Raptor Upper Control Arms have many unique features that make them stand out from the competition. First and foremost, they have a contour milled into them vs. being a flat arm which puts the outer bearing at to much angle as seen with the competitors arms. This is a very complex process, but ensures that the outer uni-ball is on a better plain with the factory upright. This results in less bearing wear, and less stress on the overall package, but in our view is worth the extra effort.
Other key features of these arms are they are fully adjustable for both camber and caster. These arms allow you to lock in your lower pivots, install the arms and get you an alignment that is right on par with any race-truck out there. The Billet UCA is hard anodized for greater strength, only uses grade 8 hardware and still features the same 3/4inch 12-point nickel plated center bolt. What does this mean for you? Simple. More strength than any other arm on the market.
NOTE: AS OF JAN 1 2023 WE HAVE REMOVED THE DUAL INNER PIVOT SYSTEM AND HAVE GONE TO A MORE TRADITIONAL ROD END WITH LOCKING JAM NUT. UNFORTUNATELY TO MANY SHOPS DIDN'T READ DIRECTIONS AND TORQUE SPECS AND CRACKED THE EARS. PICS OF THE ARMS BELOW ARE OF THE OLD DUAL INNER PIVOT SYSTEM. THE NEW ARMS LOOK IDENTICAL TO THE ARMS IN THE PIC, JUST MINUS THE DUAL PIVOT ADJUSTERS.

SVC Offroad's new Daily Driven 4-Link kit is the ultimate in suspension control for your 2021+ Ford Raptor. This kit offers over 20 Inches of rear wheel travel that dramatically transform the capability of your Raptor / F-150. When paired with SVC's front Mid travel kit, your truck will go from fun and fast, to running at the front of the pack no matter what run you're on. This is a traditional and true 4-link setup. No panhard bars or limited short course design. Geometry has been set to achieve amazing traction with excellent body roll control.
The new Link Kit was designed from the ground up utilizing CAD technology and the latest in aerospace engineering to achieve a system that mates perfectly to your chassis. We know how important it is for Raptor owners to maintain their existing bed, so that is what we have done. Gone are the days of chopping off the entire back of your truck, leading to massive long term headaches, diminished value and overly long installs. Our Link kit drops through strategically cut slats and holes in the bed and bolts directly to added pivot points that have been welded directly to the frame. The frame itself gets reinforced with 4130 frame plating and tube gusseting to create triangulation and strength, plus get's tied into a new under the bed 40 gallon fuel cell that maintains CARB compliance, but offers a much better center mass location behind the rear axle. The Bed structure is crafted from the same 4130 chromoly tubing that is found on every Trophy Truck built today. Bed rack layout from tires, gas cans, jack, cooler, battery and fluid tray locations can all be incorporated into the design, or it can be left simple for maximum bed utility.

OVERVIEW: SVC Offroad's 2021+ Ford Raptor Gen 3 Mid Travel Kit offers you long travel performance without the headaches of going full long travel. We've taken what we liked about our dual shock LCA setup and upped the ante to provide Raptor owners a bolt on kit that allows superior damping control, additional ride height and ground clearance without sacrificing one bit of daily driver duties.
We've designed our Mid Travel Kit using the latest in C.A.D. technology to ensure the absolute best suspension geometry possible and coupled it with thousands of miles real-world testing to dial in shock valving and proper springs rates. We're 100% confident we have developed a kit that is unparalleled in performance, at a price that is hundreds, if not thousands less than other kits on the market. So why don't we call our kits long travel like all the other systems on the market, because non of them are long travel in our eyes. We are all using the same pivot locations, the same steering locations and we are all roughly 3 inches wider per side over a factory Raptor. The minute you try to squeze and extra inch with to long of a shock, your steering geometry goes out the window and bump steer becomes a massive issue.
Sleep easy, if you choose to go with SVC, you will have the same travel numbers as the rest of the kits out their without sacrificing the critical geometry of the vehicle.
